Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and return policy remains for 30 days. If the duration period is extended we will be unable to give a full refund or exchange. To get the return there are some things that you have to keep in mind. The items should be unused and remain in the exact condition in which you received them. The packaging should be the same and original too. Numerous types of goods are free from being returned. Biodegradable things like flowers, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned according to our policy. Furthermore, products like sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are also not acceptable.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
You have to keep the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund. One thing is important for you please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Certain conditions for getting partial refunds:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, cassette tape, video game, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts or items not in original condition is not due to our mistake.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund and Returns Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, our team will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know about the approval or rejection of the product. In case of approval we will proceed with your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
Check your bank account twice if you do not receive your refund yet. If it is still not then contact your credit card company because usually things take time, especially in refund matters. Banks also take time to proceed with your refund posting so you can also contact your bank. Remember only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges
If you want to replace your item then we only replace it if the products are damaged or defective. But if you want to exchange it then you have to send us an email at ( testbankinfo@gmail.com)
Gifts
In case you received an item with gift marking and shipped directly to you then you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of return. Once you receive your returned items then you receive a gift certificate too.
Shipping Returns
You should mail us at (testbankinfo@gmail.com) if you want to return your product. When you receive your item you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs. Shipping costs and non-refundable. If you receive a refund then the costs will be deducted from your refund. How much time will be required to exchange products will depend on where you live. The reaching time varies on your location. You may use purchasing shipping insurance or trackable shipping insurance if your items of return are expensive.
