Mary A. Hums is a Professor of Sport Management at the University of Louisville, USA. She is affiliated with key organizations such as the North American Society for Sport Management (NASSM), the International Society of Olympic Historians (ISOH), and the International Olympic Academy Members Association (IOAPA). Hums was honored with the Zeigler Lecturer title, NASSM’s most prestigious academic recognition.

Yannick Kluch serves as an Assistant Professor and Director of Inclusive Excellence at the Center for Sport Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University, USA. His research and consulting endeavors concentrate on utilizing sport as a catalyst for social change and eliminating barriers to social justice. Kluch’s expertise spans sociocultural studies of sport, athlete activism, inclusive sport policies, human rights, and equity, diversity, and inclusion in sport.
